Controlled Polymers A/S acquired all shares in Color System A/S on 1st of June 2007.
On an Extraordinary General Meeting held on the 1st of December 2007 it was decided that the merger should be effective as of 1st of July 2007
On the Meeting it was furthermore decided that the future name of the company should be “Controlled Polymers A/S”, with sub names “Color System A/S” and “Replast A/S”.
